Rules of the Snap Fitness Plank Challenge
The rules are really quite simple:
Hold your plank for as long as possible in a proper plank position. Whether you choose to plank on your hands or your elbows, a proper plank includes keeping your hips in line with the rest of your body, maintaining strong shoulder position and making certain that your knees don’t touch the floor. Our judges have the final say on when your plank is no longer considered a plank… no cheating. Have fun and challenge yourself.
Drop in to any Snap Fitness location in Red Deer, Lacombe and Sylvan Lake between January 1st and 20th to plank with one of their trainers and receive a FREE one week trial to the gym!
