The Healthy Living Expo is all about creating experiences, making connections and getting people involved. Our Interactive Stage Demonstrations give exhibitors an exciting opportunity to showcase what they do best while engaging directly with attendees from across Central Alberta.
With a lively Live Stage, exciting challenges and giveaways happening throughout the day, your demonstration is an opportunity to stand out, connect with potential customers and create a memorable experience for Expo attendees.
We’re looking for energy, creativity and audience participation!
Our Live Stage is designed for action, not traditional presentations. Demonstrations must be engaging, interactive and encourage audience involvement. Fitness activities, movement-based demonstrations and hands-on experiences are especially encouraged. Public speaking presentations, PowerPoint slides and videos are not permitted.
Past demonstrations have featured businesses such as YogaNation, Orangetheory Fitness, GoodLife Fitness and Me 1st Fitness.
Spaces are limited! Interactive Stage Demonstrations are available through a separate application and fill up quickly. We encourage interested exhibitors to apply early for the opportunity to put their business in the spotlight at the 2027 Healthy Living Expo!
Pure Plank Challenge
Think you’ve got what it takes to outlast the competition? Get ready to bring your best to the Pure Plank Challengeat the Live Stage! Put your core strength, endurance and determination to the ultimate test as you go head-to-head with fellow Central Albertans. The challenge is simple: hold your plank, outlast the competition and be the last one standing (or planking)! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or ready to test your limits, this crowd-favourite challenge is your chance to show what you’ve got and compete for a $300 cash prize!
Orangetheory Row Challenge
Think you have what it takes to outrow the competition? Put your strength, endurance and determination to the test in the Orangetheory Row Challenge! Taking place all day at the Orangetheory Fitness booth, Expo attendees can jump in, take on the challenge and see how they stack up against fellow Central Albertans on the live leaderboard. Whether you’re a seasoned rower or trying it for the first time, this is your chance to push your limits and compete for a $300 cash prize!
