The Healthy Living Expo is a one day interactive show, featuring local businesses in the health and wellness industries. Show up early, stay all day and take part in all the activities and challenges that are going on throughout the day! Our Live Stage is busy all day with CALIHA presentations, Interactive Demonstrations and more!

Door Prizes
Door prizes from the Healthy Living Expo Exhibitors are given away from the Live Stage throughout the day. The Passport to Prizes is available to everyone over the age of 18 that enters the Expo. Passport to Prizes encourages our exhibitors and participants to interact with each other throughout the day, visiting each booth at the Expo. Once your Passport to Prizes is completely filled out, visitors to the Expo are eligible for door prizes and surprise giveaways.
Interactive Demonstrations
Our Interactive Demonstrations showcase premier Central Alberta businesses and we highly encourage you to attend and participate in these demonstrations.
Should I Do an Interactive Demonstration at the Event?
This is an interactive show. We highly encourage our exhibitors and participants to interact with each other throughout the day. There are giveaways throughout the day for door prizes right from the stage. If you want to showcase your business as a premier business in Central Alberta through an on interactive stage demonstration, we highly encourage you to get your application in early as there is a limited number of demonstration spaces available.
Due to the nature of the show, we do not allow any public speaking presentations from the stage, all demonstrations must be engaging of the audience.
Previous demonstrators have included: Bikram Yoga Red Deer, Absolute Fitness, Jazzercise Red Deer and Premier Academy.
Pure Plank Challenge
Take part in our Plank Challenge at the Live Stage to test yourself against your fellow Central Albertans and see how your core strength stacks up. This annual favourite allows Healthy Living Expo visitors of all ages to challenge their abilities and compete for prizes.
Central Alberta Leadership in Health Awards
The Central Alberta Leadership in Health Awards (CALIHA) are presented to the category winners at the Healthy Living Expo. Nominees to the CALIHA are invited to be at the Expo to be recognized for their contributions to our community.
YogaNation Handstand Challenge
Take part in our Handstand Challenge at the Live Stage to test yourself against your fellow Central Albertans and see how your upper body strength and core stacks up. This annual favourite allows Healthy Living Expo visitors of all ages to challenge their abilities and compete for prizes.
